Delivery – RAF-MAR Fishing

Effective from: 3 June 2025

Courier Delivery

1. Orders are shipped by courier within up to 5 business days from the date the order is placed.
2. Delivery costs are paid by the Customer.
3. For orders delivered outside Poland, shipping costs depend on the destination country, parcel weight and dimensions, as well as the selected delivery method.
4. For shipments weighing more than 30 kg, please contact RAF-MAR before placing the order so that we can arrange an appropriate delivery method.
5. Alternative delivery methods may be arranged individually with RAF-MAR.
6. The final delivery cost depends on the selected delivery method and destination.
7. If any ordered product is temporarily unavailable, the order processing time may be extended. RAF-MAR will inform the Customer if this occurs.
8. The Customer should inspect the parcel upon delivery. If the parcel or goods appear to be damaged, we recommend requesting a damage report from the courier at the time of delivery. This document may be useful when submitting a claim to the carrier.
9. Personal collection of orders is available by prior arrangement at our premises:

International Shipping

We ship orders to selected European countries. Available delivery methods and shipping costs are displayed during checkout after selecting the destination country.

For large, heavy or non-standard shipments, please contact us before placing your order so that we can confirm the available shipping options and cost.
