Privacy Policy of the RAF-MAR Fishing Online Store

This document sets out the rules for processing and protecting the personal data of Customers of the online store operated by:

1. Personal Data Controller
The controller of personal data is RAF-MAR S.C. Marcin Cebula, Rafał Gędłek, with its registered office in Kraków (30-499), ul. Kłuszyńska 48, Poland.
2. Purposes of Data Processing
Customers' personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- processing orders and delivering goods,
- managing the Customer's account in the online store,
- issuing invoices and maintaining accounting records,
- handling complaints, returns and Customer enquiries,
- maintaining business contact and fulfilling obligations arising from applicable law.
3. Legal Basis for Data Processing
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law, in particular:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR),
- the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means,
- the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
4. Recipients of Personal Data
Personal data may be disclosed only to entities cooperating with the Store to the extent necessary to provide services, in particular:
- courier companies and logistics operators,
- electronic payment service providers,
- accounting service providers,
- companies providing IT services and hosting or maintaining the Store's server infrastructure.
All entities processing personal data do so on the basis of appropriate data processing agreements and in accordance with the GDPR.
5. Rights of Data Subjects
Every person whose personal data is processed has the right to:
- access their personal data,
- rectify or complete their personal data,
- request deletion of their personal data ("the right to be forgotten"),
- restrict the processing of their personal data,
- object to the processing of their personal data,
- receive and transfer their personal data to another controller,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
6. Data Retention Period
Personal data is stored for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and subsequently for the period required under applicable tax and accounting regulations, but no longer than 6 years after the end of the business relationship with the Customer.
7. Cookies
The online store uses cookies to ensure the proper operation of the website, maintain user sessions and analyse website traffic.
Users may change their cookie settings in their web browser at any time. Restricting the use of cookies may, however, affect certain functions of the Store.
8. Data Security
The Store applies technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data appropriately against the risks involved and according to the categories of data processed. All data transmitted through the website is protected using an SSL certificate.

The Controller will respond without undue delay and no later than within 30 days of receiving the request.
